About Lauren Lambert BA Hons QTS PGCE NASENCO

I am a fully qualified SENCO with over 20 years of experience. Throughout my teaching career, I have been privileged to work with hundreds of children and young people in primary, secondary and sixth form settings. I have worked across a range of provisions in mainstream, academy and specialist schools as well as local authority inclusion teams. I mentor new SENOs and adopters and have featured on specialist podcasts. I am dedicated to improving outcomes for families and am always prepared to go the extra mile for them. I have an excellent understanding of the current issues faced by children with SEN and can help you to navigate these.

My personal SEN experience started when I adopted two children with SEN. I understand the struggles parents and carers face in trying to get support for their child. I am here to make this easier, using my expert knowledge and experience to help you navigate your SEN journey.

As a practicing SENCO with experience of SEN tribunals and exclusions panels, I am able to offer advice and support to parents and professionals who require support with dispute resolution.

I provide a cost-effective alternative to using legal services, providing families and schools with expert advice and guidance.
